How It Works

Referrals are the lifeblood of our business, and are invariably the best way for us to get to high quality, pre-vetted candidates quickly. We wanted to make sure to create a way to reward our awesome network of candidates and clients for their referrals and so we built our own referral tracking system.

All you need to do is create an account, share your link and start tracking and collecting rewards.

STEP 1 – Share Your Custom Link

Email, text, social media…anywhere you like! Just share your custom link to any of your favourite channels and watch the referrals start rolling in.

STEP 2 – Your Friends Apply

Anyone who follows your link will be able to register and apply for jobs and all of your referrals will be automatically credited to you and trackable in our online interface.

STEP 3 – Track & Collect Referral Rewards

After your friends apply you will be able to track all of your referrals via our online interface. You will be able to see the reward amount for each application and will receive payment for any referrals that are successfully placed.
