Our core product team is recruiting a hybrid software and systems experts with a keen interest in DevOps and modern system operations, must also possess a good understanding of commercial software development and deployment. DevOps Engineers are hybrid systems and software engineers who take ownership of scaling, automation and configuration management and all related issues.

The ideal candidate is half operations engineer and half developer. Your role will be critical to integrating, deploying and supporting platforms for our enterprise customers.

As a result of our unique customer needs, you may be required to travel to customer sites, up to 10% of the time.

What youíll do

- Manage (install, monitor, and update) cloud application servers for our core product SaaS offering
- Manage and deliver our in-house On-Premise software packages and installers to clients
- Assist clients in deploying and configuring in a wide range of IT environments
- Provide Tier 2 support for the product
- Provide Tier 3 support for the cloud infrastructure and operations of remotely deployed on-premise servers
- Maintain the continuous integration infrastructure for Development
- Create and maintain the SDE Lab used for QA and Development of integrations and SSO
- Assist Support teams and Development teams by automating operations

Must Have Skills:

Must Have Following Experience in order to succeed:

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in software development, preference to those with Python development experience
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations, administering Linux systems.
- A intermediate understanding of software development and python based web applications
- A minimum 1 year of experience working with Docker
- Prior experience with scripting languages: Bash, Python and/or Ruby.
- Prior experience working with cloud computing providers including AWS
