Job Description

Game Designer – Live Ops

LBC Studio’s Game Designers are the vision holders and front-line, in-the-trenches soldiers responsible for designing and executing fun, engaging, monetizing experiences. They are hungry to learn, lead, and grow alongside our rapidly evolving studio and games.

As an LBC designer your passion for video games extends well beyond that of being a player; you are a creator. You strive to understand the mechanics and psychologies behind game experiences. You are always playing something, that list is ever-changing, and you are as eager to learn what the competition is doing as you are in bringing those lessons to bear at LBC. Deconstruction is your middle name, creativity is your bread-and-butter, and resourcefulness is the stallion on which you ride into the sunset.

LBC Designers adhere to a holistic design philosophy, considering all areas of the user experience including business targets, the creative vision, design pillars, and the community of players who love and support us.
