We are looking for a full-time Inside Account Executive & Team Lead at our Toronto location.

We are focused on delivering modern SaaS solutions for SMB transportation providers. We are SaaS for modern trucking companies. We are a startup going after the $700+ billion dollar trucking industry. Here, we solve complex technical challenges to provide our customers with the simplest and most intuitive operations software.

Must Have Skills:

As an Inside Account Executive & Team Lead you will be charged with leading, coaching, recruiting and contributing to an existing sales team.

The duties and responsibilities for the role include, but not limited to:
- Works as part of the management team to deliver on sales targets and work with marketing plan to produce 3x pipeline coverage and support the company’s growth objectives
- Engages in discovery across Business and IT sponsors and decision makers to further understand how our solution delivers value
- Develops and delivers solution demonstrations designed to showcase the value of our platform as it relates to a customer’s key priorities and goals; - Demonstrates and differentiates our platform from the competition
- Collaborates across functional customer facing teams to align targets with resources to ensure high quality deal flow.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications, attributes and abilities:

EDUCATION & Technical Qualifications - MBA or University Degree with relevant work experience; - Proficient with Business Analysis, Business Care Development.

EXPERIENCE - Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of SaaS sales experience; - Consistent quota attainment and a top producer over last three plus (3+) years; - Experience with Business process / workflows; - Strong discovery and demonstration capabilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: - Strong presentation skills (i.e.: web demonstrations); - Solid business and start-up acumen; - Excellent leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Excellent time management skills (planning & organizing); - A team player with strong collaboration and a willingness to coach.
