Job Description

Vendor and relationship building experience
On-site deployment success
Experience with User / Fan engagement strategies and metrics
Client relationships and on-boarding, deployment success can be maximized
Large deployment at a social media platform (Stadium, Arenas, Concerts, Events), build in-person relationships, and gain comfort with your repertoire of client success strategies
Lead insights into fan strategy by testing out new ideas, tracking NPS, client success and sponsorship metrics

Must Have Skills:

3-5 years of on-site activations and client relationship building
A relentless, helpful, and empathetic people-person who is always able to put themselves in the customerís shoes
A fast learner; persuasive, organized, resourceful, gritty, curious, and calm under pressure
Someone who has a keen eye for aesthetics, design, and marketing creative

Nice to Have Skills:

Agency experience is a bonus
Comfortable with traveling overseas, manage extended travel, working flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Well-traveled and exposed to different cultures
