The client leads the North American marketplace in electronic bill payment solutions. We are looking for high performers to join our development team that is building FinTech solutions across a range of industries. You will contribute to a massively scalable data platform, that is built on top of a world-class enterprise platform, supporting thousands of clients and into the millions of transactions daily.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will join the technology group to manage small to large-scale projects, working collaboratively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources. In this role, the Project Manager will ensure that projects are implemented using our processes and methodologies while being delivered on time, keeping senior management aware of key information.

This Role's Responsibilities:
- Track project status and progress
- Maintain relationship with business management to identify business technology needs and align application services to support those needs
- Successfully plan, execute, control and close projects against defined scope and budget using our procedures and policies
- Provide weekly progress reports to management team
- Effectively oversee project staff, delegating work to appropriate leads
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks
- Efficiently communicate to stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress
- Ensure necessary risk assessments are continually reviewed and monitored and proactively addressed in a timely fashion
- Maintain a hands on capacity on the technical side (up to 20% involvement)

Must Have Skills:

This Role's Requirements:
- B.s. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a leading University
- Experience in software/application development
- Must have 4-10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar capacity
- Understanding of PMI's framework and methodology, Agile and SCRUM
- Knowledge of Jira or equivalent agile project management tools
- Assist in driving an Agile product environment by using Scrum framework, including supporting backlog prioritization and grooming, sprint retrospectives and
daily scrums
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc)
- Must have previous Financial Services IT Project Management Experience
- Must have a keen interest in technology architecture and design
