Job Description

Our Business Analyst's are responsible for the successful implementation and support of our industry leading vertical product, as well as all third party products that may be part of the whole solution.

The core of this product solution focus: Equipment dealerships for rentals, service, sales, parts and fleet management

Scope of Responsibilities
•Work on a project team made up of a Project Manager and Business Analyst(s) to successfully implement our application following our internal standard methodology.
oInterview the customer project team to understand the business processes and requirements.
oTrain the customer’s project team on the solution;
oSet up and configure the solution to meet the customer’s business requirements;
oWalk the customer project team through a complete configuration test.
oAssist the customer team with the steps to transition to using our solution in a live environment.

•Identify customer requirements that are not met by our product solution:
oWork with the customer project team to determine solutions to these requirements;
oDocument and submit requirements to the ES development team;
oComplete testing of the development, working with the development team and the customer;
oDeploy the new development and train the customer on its use.

•Follow our implementation methodology and standard practices;
•Communicate project activities to the Project Manager on a regular basis, including the updates to the project plan and issues lists;
•Follow communication standards established within the Professional Services team (e.g. set agendas, session recap / minutes, etc.)
•Attend company/department meetings;
•Maintain a good working relationship with other departments and the management team;
•Expand product knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring.

Must Have Skills:

Requirements
•3-5 years of ERP implementation experience; our platform is Microsoft Dynamics NAV; experience is helpful but not necessary.
•University degree or equivalent.
•Experience using MS Office Suite with proficiency using Excel.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customer and internally.
•Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
•Well organized with strong time management practices.
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and able to utilize these skills in a fast paced dynamic environment.
•Ability to work multiple tasks under fixed project dates.
•Must be self-motivated and self-directed yet team focused.


Nice to Have Skills:

•3-5 years related business experience in Equipment dealership industry is helpful but not necessary.
•APICS CPIM designation or equivalent (optional).
