Must Have Skills:

· Recruitment experience that is preferably within the IT sector, Biotechnology, Engineering, Executive or relevant sectors
· Managed successful client accounts, or hands-on recruiting
· Experience with Internet technologies (IE, Netscape, Search Engines, User-groups), related s/w applications
· Entire Ms Office Suite, Windows (NT 2,000, XP), networking, and Applicant Tracking Systems, wireless devices
· Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization (ideally Fortune 100 & 500s)
· Successful Account / Project Management experience.
· Experience with business development, marketing, and sales.
· Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
· Strong communications
· Desire to expend your energy towards offering both candidates and clients a very high quality of service
· Ability to deliver!
 
Nice to Have Skills:

· Experience with IT / Biotechnology/Engineering, Technical Project Development
· Experience with start-up through to enterprise organizations’ hiring and retention strategies.
· Relevant University or College degree or related/applicable experience.
· Experienced with building, selling, or using ATS (Applicant Tracking systems or HRIS etc.)
· Technical lead experience, interviewing, professional services, consulting and ability to leverage your technical background to relevant recruitment avenues (high level testing, assessment, etc.)
