Job Description:
Working as part of our development team, you will be responsible for carrying out on-going software development work on for our core product
The development work may include the full product life cycle – from putting together a technical specification, through to design, implementation, testing, fixing and document preparation.

A demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is also essential. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to problem solve, have an inquisitive nature, be persistent and reliable and pay meticulous attention to detail. Required Skills and Experience
Essential Skills:
•B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or other numerate discipline
•2 – 5 years commercial software development experience in C# and .NET
•Knowledge of HCI / user interface design principles |

Desirable Skills:
•Understanding of the financial markets, especially equity markets and products
•Post-graduate qualification – M.Sc. or Ph.D.
•Participation in complex software development projects
•Exposure to formal QA procedures
•Development in a UNIX environment; use of shell scripts and other UNIX tools
•C/C++ programming experience
•Java programming experience
