- Customer Order processing and client correspondence in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- Gathering requirements from clients and passing on leads to the Sales force.
 
Must Have Skills:

- Strong experience with call center environments
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Outgoing personality, smart and driven
- Account Management and relationship building
- Customer troubleshooting and order processing
- Strong time and organizational management
- Experience with working with Sales Teams
- University or College preferred
- Strong experience with MS Office suite and other software
- Level 1 Technical Support
