Job Description:

The Advisory Services practice helps clients improve performance through a focus on providing business advisory services that achieve measurable and sustainable benefits in Finance and Performance Management (F&PM), supply chain and operations and customer.

As a member of the Advisory Services team, the Manager will lead client engagement teams. The Manager will work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. In addition, the Manager is responsible for some business development activities on strategic priority accounts.

Our client's Advisory Services practice has a global integrated BPM service offering, including:
•Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting: Translating an organization's objectives and goals into a roadmap for achieving them and translating operational and financial targets into a corporate budget (financial plan). It is also the process of periodic updates to the current view of future business performance, reflecting new or changing information, over a fixed annual or pre-defined rolling period.
•Business Performance Reporting: Environment by which an organization provides stakeholders with financial and operational information to enable effective performance monitoring and decision-making.
•Decision Analytics: Ability to collect, analyze, understand and use data to deploy robust economic, financial and statistical models to improve decision- making across the enterprise.
•Performance Measurement: Process of identifying key value drivers and defining metrics to inform performance, support decision making, and foster positive behavior and actions.
•Technology Enablement: Selection and implementation of appropriate technologies to meet the business's distinct performance management goals and objectives.


Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and a strategy that addresses risk and performance improvement. Manage expectations of service delivery. Stay informed of business/economic developments and their impact to the client.

Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilates new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.

Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve a high quality deliverables and within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitors progress, manages risk and ensures key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Must Have Skills:

•Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems and /or Business; MBA and/or CA preferred
•5 plus years experience in the following Business Performance Management (BPM) focus areas:
o Planning & Budgeting

o Metric Definition & Scorecard Design
o BPM Technology Implementation

•Implementation experience (including design and configuration) of Oracle Hyperion Planning
•BPM engagement leadership experience including: managing staff, providing regular status updates, and monitoring project economics.
•History of achievement, clear above and beyond behavior and achievement by demonstrating:
o a high level of motivation and a self starting attitude
o excellent oral and written communication skills
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o an ability to think outside of the box, thrive on new challenges
o a strong work ethic

•Willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs
