Job Description:
Candidate will work on development and support of commercial WEB based business management solution (e-CRM/ERP/Service Management Suite . Application developed for the high-tech sector or companies that rely on serial number information to track sales, inventory and service calls.
This product automates three key business processes, Sales Force Automation [SFA], Order Administration [ERP] and Field Service Automation [FSA].
Ideal candidate will have:
•Strong development background in large scale commercial Web Applications
•Experience in Architecture Design & Development & Deployment of Web Applications
•Working progressive experience in installation, configuration and production support of large scale internet Web Applications
•Experience in technical analysis and work estimates.
•Strong background in solving problems in software installation and support, strong diagnostic abilities.
•Ability to understand and prioritize workload
•Ability to build and maintain effective relationships through the exchange of information , ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and customers
•Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
•Ability to work independently to solve problems, not just code to a specification
•Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and processes

Must Have Skills:
Specific technical skills required for this position include:
•Understanding and experience in all phases of Web Site structure, design, development and deployment
•Minimum 5 years of professional web development
•Solid understanding of GUI design, web usability and user-centered design
•Visual InterDev 6.0, Classic ASP & VBScript
•Microsoft SQL Server 2005 with Transact-SQL and Administration
•HTML/DHTML/CSS. JavaScript advanced level
•ASP.NET 1.1 & 2.0 & Visual Basic .NET
•IIS 6.0 (fundamental working knowledge on configuration and administration)
•Visual Basic 6, OLE, COM, ADO, CDO
•Crystal Report 9, Design- and run-time
•VSS, XML/XSL
•C# and .NET components ,
•Ajax, Web Services (XML-RPC/SOAP/REST), .NET Components (good to have)
•Experience in troubleshooting of SQL, HTTP, JavaScript, IE
IDEALLY would like some J2EE programming experience also...
Functions and responsibilities:
•Designing, developing, testing, deployment and maintaining scalable software solutions
•Works closely with Business Analyst to ensure client satisfaction by meeting their needs through information systems development, enhancements and/or customizations.
•Do full post-production support monitoring and administration of production web site and clients databases
•Perform required software installation and support in production environment
•Provide estimates and deliver according to those estimates to ensure successful on-time completion of projects.
•Identifying new ways to improve existing designs and deployments.
• Solving existing system's logic difficulties as required.
•Participating in multiple assignments at the same time.
