Job Description:
Providing technical support via telephone and the web to customers. Participating in rotational on-call technical support. Up to 30% travel with the majority in North America. Preparing technical training manuals. Conducting technical training sessions for groups. Other duties as assigned. |

Must Have Skills:
Post-secondary education in a technical program. 3 – 5 years experience in an equivalent role. Formal training experience. Minimum MCP certification. Excellent English communication skills (written and oral). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail. The ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change. In-depth knowledge of Windows based software and hardware. The ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and effectively communicate technical solutions. The ability to work both collaboratively and with limited supervision. |
