Must Have: Accountabilities: -Oversee the technical design, development and implementation of new product features, and enhancements. -Work closely with business stakeholders to leverage new product features and modules to help achieve business objectives. -Work with other technology groups (Operations, Infrastructure) and third party technology -Vendors (SDL Tridion) to troubleshoot complex technical issues. -Understand industry trends and practices within the WCM space and support the adoption of WCM (Web Content Management) best practices. -Extend awareness of risks associated with application development and potential impacts, incorporating risk planning and mitigation. -Determine staffing requirements, allocations and assignments.
